Webinar: Over-Mentored and Under-Sponsored: How Sponsorship Can Impact Black Women

Catalyst’s research and advisory work have found that Black women have less access to networks, sponsors, and opportunities which lead to career advancement. While many Black women can find mentors to give them advice, they need more leaders to speak for them in places of power and bring their names into advancement discussions. This webinar will explore real examples of formal sponsorship programs from organizations that were bolstered by inclusive cultures to retain and advance Black women to more senior roles.
