Armed with our robust research findings, we engage our Supporters through consulting, thought partnership, research partnership, workshops, webinars, speaking engagements, conferences, employee resource groups, online courses, and awards.
We lead the diversity and inclusion pack with our MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) and Catalyst CEO Champions For Change initiatives, and we empower companies all over the world at every step of their unique journeys to inclusion.

How We Hire
We seek individuals from diverse backgrounds, and we are committed to providing a workplace that respects and celebrates diversity. We’re searching for individuals who are innovative, collaborative, and agile. In order to find the best fit, we have a thorough screening and interview process. The way we conduct interviews supports our global focus: we use video conferencing and other technologies to meet candidates from all over the world. Qualified candidates will be contacted to begin the interview process by one of our Human Resources professionals.

Catalyst is a global organization with headquarters in New York and offices in Canada and Europe and boots on the ground in the Asia Pacific region.
