Our values and commitment to change infuse all our work with Supporters—no matter where they are located. We serve Supporters in communities around the world by partnering with leading regional diversity, equity, and inclusion organizations. With them, we host relevant, timely, region-specific events; facilitate local trainings and workshops; conduct cutting-edge research that captures the experiences of the people in these regions; and produce innovative, region-specific tools—providing Supporters everywhere with local and global perspectives so that they can make a real impact in their culture, country, and community.
Founded in the US in 1962, and with headquarters on Wall Street in New York City, Catalyst drives change with pioneering research, practical tools, and proven solutions to advance women into leadership and create an inclusive work culture for everyone.
Since 2000, with headquarters in Toronto, Catalyst addresses the unique concerns of Canadian women at work and shares the cutting-edge diversity, equity, and inclusion practices of exceptional Canadian companies and business leaders who accelerate progress for women in the workplace.
Catalyst established a presence in Europe in 2006—with headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland—to provide culturally relevant and creative solutions for workplace inclusion and innovation. Our timely regional events, trainings, and workshops combine evidence-based research and tools with Europe-specific insights.
We partner with Mexico-based MAREA Consulting, a leading organization promoting women’s rights and greater equality, equity, and participation of women in work and politics, with coverage in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, and Panama.
