The Working Parent’s Network (WPN) was founded in 2008 when members of the Women’s Development Council began pursuing new avenues for supporting women’s success at Chubb. With an emphasis on providing support and resources to Chubb employees throughout the lifecycle, the WPN offers topic-based member circles that address a broad range of challenges. Current member circles cover topics such as parenting special-needs children, adoption, teen/tween parenting, and caring for aging parents. Each member circle is led by a WPN member, and both men and women participate in forming and leading these circles.
