We’ll explore how to conduct pay audits and analyze compensation data through an intersectional lens. Panelists will discuss the role of unconscious bias in perpetuating pay disparities, their impact on compensation decisions, and strategies for mitigating bias to achieve fair and equitable pay for all women.
