Guests are required to bring a valid ID document and be registered before the event and cannot wear high heels or open shoes on site. If you have your own safety shoes, we recommend taking them with you to the event.

As we step into 2023, Catalyst reflects on celebrating 60 years of work in the space of diversity, equity and inclusion. In 2022 we challenged you to reimagine not just the workplace, but also leadership, equity and accountability. What will 2023 look like? How will this Great Reimagining take shape? What are some of the opportunities and challenges our Supporters are facing as they put these themes into practice?

In this first EMEA in-person Roundtable of 2023, we invite Supporters across the region to join us as we explore:

• The latest trends across Europe, as well as globally.
• The latest insights from our research team.
• What is top of mind in your markets and/or globally.
• How your organisation is navigating any current challenges.

During this highly interactive small in-person session we will give attendees the opportunity to share their organisation’s experiences, insight, and practices, as well as consider how Catalyst can best support your DEI efforts.

The roundtable will be facilitated by Caroline Pickard (Consultant, Benelux), and we invite business leaders, HR professionals, DEI professionals, and champions of inclusion to join us.
