March is an important month at Catalyst, which plenty to celebrate. We mark both International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, and we bring our global community together to acknowledge best-in-class DEI initiatives at the Catalyst Awards. 

But what happens when the festivities have died down? How do organisations maintain focus and momentum? And how does this reach beyond the Head Office and regional functions? What happens in production or operational environments? In the last years we have seen how the pandemic disproportionately impacted the frontline workforce, which also disproportionately includes women and marginalized racial and ethnic groups. How are Supporter organisations addressing this?

Join local Catalyst Supporters as we explore how to accelerate equity in STEM and Manufacturing by considering:

• Best practices at the local and global level.
• Challenges particular to the manufacturing sectors and frontline employees.
• How our organisations are navigating these challenges; and 
• Catalyst research, tools and initiatives to engage and retain women in STEM, manufacturing and production roles.

During this highly interactive small in-person session we will give attendees the opportunity to share their organisation’s experiences, insight, and practices, as well as consider how Catalyst can best support your DEI efforts.

The roundtable will be facilitated by Caroline Pickard (Consultant, Benelux), and we invite business leaders, HR professionals, D&I professionals, and champions of inclusion to join us.
