Finding Your Place on the Solution Spectrum

In this section, we’ll help you advance your approach to creating and sustaining frontline work environments and work experiences that work for women.

In each thematic subsection, you will find a “Solution Spectrum”—a range of practices from “making progress” to “pushing the envelope”—drawing from in-play approaches from cross-industry peers as well as suggestions from Catalyst experts. Before each batch of practices, we note questions to help you think through your company’s potential evolution along the spectrum as you bring these solutions to life. Self-evaluate as you go through each practice and think about where you currently sit on the Solution Spectrum, and where you’re setting your goal post.
