Case Study: Kimberly-Clark Corporation—One Women’s Interactive Network (One WIN)
Nov 03, 2011
In 1995, Kimberly-Clark (K-C) established its Women’s Interactive Network (WIN). Since its first year, WIN has grown from a campus-level initiative, operating in distinct locations, to a North American company-wide employee resource group. Its vision, “great women and great for women,” has driven its growth and evolved over the past 16 years. Today, the network is dedicated to championing the development of women’s talents, leadership qualities, and skills to benefit individual women and K-C.
