Queer and trans women drive are driving change in workplaces throughout Canada. This virtual panel discussion, hosted by Pride at Work Canada in collaboration with Catalyst Canada, will bring light to the many ways that queer and trans women are instigators of innovation and champions of inclusion in a variety of workplaces. Bringing both business and community leaders to the discussion, attendees will learn about all of the ways LGBTQ2+ women are currently leading the way.
Learning Objectives:
- The impact of lesbophobia, biphobia, misogyny, and transmisogyny in the workplace
- Ways to be inclusive of queer and trans women in the workplace
- Strategies to innovate a culture of belonging for all employees
Join Erin Davis, Director of Corporate Engagement at Catalyst, as she moderates a conversation of exploring intersecting identities to help create more inclusive workplaces. This discussion is open to all who wish to register.
