RBC’s Diversity Dialogues is a reciprocal mentoring model that positions mentors and mentees as partners in learning about diversity. The program matches mid-level women and visible minority employees with senior leaders and executives from across the organization. The program has three objectives: accelerate the diversity and inclusion learning of senior leaders; ensure that leaders know their talent, including diverse talent; and help diverse employees gain visibility and insight into the organization and their careers.
