Navigating Organizational Cultures: A Guide for Diverse Women and Their Managers (Report)
Dec 19, 2011While diversity and inclusion (D&I) programs have been in place in many organizations for some time, these programs have not been completely successful at eliminating bias. To further support successful navigation of workplaces by diverse women, leadership by managers and senior leaders in the organization is needed. Building on Catalyst’s work on diverse women and inclusion, Navigating Organizational Cultures: A Guide for Diverse Women and Their Managers provides:
