Manpower’s Talent Development Program helps objectively identify high-potentials and create and sustain a pool of talented, experienced employees from which to fill open positions. The program has four main components: Employee Leadership Evaluation, Calibration Meetings, Leadership Development Profile, and Monthly Supervisor/Employee Meetings. The process allows Manpower to name high-potentials, ensures more efficient, proactive development of employees, and requires the company to be strategic about managing its talent. Outcomes include improved retention, higher numbers of women high-potentials, and better development of employees for their next roles.
