Catalyst EMEA is joining forces with the Tent Partnership for Refugees on an exciting new initiative to mentor refugee women in Europe.

Tent was founded by Hamdi Ulukaya, the CEO of Chobani – one of the fastest growing food companies in the U.S. – and is a network of over 170 major companies committed to including refugees. Tent believes the business community plays a crucial role in integrating refugees into their new host societies by going beyond philanthropy and focusing on the long-term economic integration of refugees.

Refugee women face unique challenges accessing the labour market in their new communities, and one effective way of improving their chances to find a job or advance their career is through mentoring. Catalyst would like to encourage you to explore joining this important initiative that will empower refugee women.
