Roundtable: Diversity and the Future of Work, Germany

Organizations stand out for both their innovation and their positions on social issues.

Please join us for a conversation evaluating what approaches add depth to traditional D&I initiatives, which first focused on women and then enlarged in scope to include generations, international and LGBTQ+ employees, parents, and other groups of employees.

We invite executives, HR leaders, diversity and inclusion practitioners, and champions of inclusion from all parts of your business to attend. Most importantly, we need men—who still hold the vast majority of positions of power—to become active champions of workplace inclusion. We highly encourage you to bring along a male colleague!
