At Catalyst, our IWD 2022 campaign will #BiasCorrect unconscious leadership beliefs by reimagining the meaning of CEO to Chief Empathy Officer. Across the corporate world, unconscious biases have historically led us to characterize empathy as “feminine” and “not suitable” for leadership positions—but research proves that empathy is a crucial leadership skill.
