EMEA Roundtable: Inclusion and the Future of Work — Creating Successful Hybrid Workplaces

The current post-lockdown period has seen employers reopening office spaces, with permanent hybrid working models becoming policy in many workplaces. While Catalyst research shows that flexible working arrangements boost employee well-being, productivity, innovation, and inclusion, balancing this with the benefits of in-person collaboration can be challenging. As we reimagine the workplace to be more equitable and inclusive, hybrid work should be designed intentionally with inclusion at the forefront, empowering workers with choices.

We will explore such questions as:

• How can we profit from innovation and belonging enhanced by working together, whilst retaining employee commitment and low intent to leave brought about by workplace flexibility?
• Can we introduce policies that work best for both company and employee rather than relying on a ‘one-size-fits all’ model?
• How do we embrace flexible and remote work to be better weather future disruptions?
• Can we use key skills of inclusion such as empathy and courage to foster an environment of trust?
• How do we keep inclusion and equity top-of-mind in order to support all employees in the workplace?

In this highly interactive small in-person session we will build on the findings of our regional-wide remote sessions and give attendees the opportunity to share their organisation’s experiences, insight, and practices. The roundtable will be facilitated by Caroline Pickard (Consultant, Benelux) and Jessica Taylor-Hall (Director, Corporate Engagement EMEA).

We invite business leaders, HR professionals, D&I professionals, and champions of inclusion to join us. This event is complimentary for Catalyst Supporters but registration is necessary.
