The Catalyst Europe Summer 2022 Roundtable Series is an opportunity for you to come together and share your experiences.

Join us for an informal roundtable discussion and networking breakfast themed around Evolving Employee Resource Groups.

As we adapt to a changed workplace ERGs have an opportunity to adapt to ensure their longevity and contribution to creating inclusive workplaces.

We will discuss success factors for ERGs, and practical steps your ERG can take to refresh its strategy and engage its members to sustain its effectiveness:

• How are organisations leveraging their ERGs now to support their business goals?
• How are ERG leaders being recognised and rewarded for their investment?
• What practices have emerged in the last two years and what is top of mind for you right now in your markets and/or globally?
• How can we learn from one another and how can Catalyst support your efforts?

Ginna Pachon (Associate, Catalyst) and Caroline Pickard (Ambassador) will facilitate this roundtable. We invite ERG leads and sponsors, HR & DEI professionals, and champions of inclusion to contribute to this dialogue.
