Catalyst Conversations EMEA Employee Resource Groups in 2024: Drivers or Supporters of Inclusion Initiatives?

Join Catalyst and local Supporters in Amsterdam for an in-depth exploration of the role of Employee Resource Groups, Business Resource Groups and Networks (ERGs) in inclusion and diversity strategies.

In this informal, in-person session we will consider the responsibilities and expectations around ERGs, as well as reflect on what makes a successful ERG, and share insights from each other’s practice as well as Catalyst Award winning approaches. We will consider questions such as:

• Who does the ERG community serve and how does this relate to broader business goals? What are the structure in place to ensure this?
• How do ERGs balance amplifying opportunities for underrepresented group interests and representing the organisation as a whole?
• How can we ensure ERG leaders are valued and recognised for their efforts?
• What practical steps can your ERG take to refresh its strategy and engage its members to sustain its effectiveness?
