One of Morgan Stanley’s business principles is “Keep your balance,” and to help employees with this task, the firm offers a wide range of programs. Every month, the Work-Life team, in partnership with a third-party provider of work-life solutions, offers onsite and online Work-Life seminars that address topics such as “Managing Stress,” “The ABC’s of Consumer Debt,” and “Staying Strong as a Couple.” The Work-Life Site is a widely used “one-stop shop” for information on the intranet, and the firm celebrates National Work and Family Month every October.
