The third Annual Women Business Collaborative (WBC) Summit is scheduled to take place virtually September 21st and 22nd, 2021 with this year’s special theme of “Empowering Through Gender Equity and Diversity.” Join us for a day and a half of engaging panels and speakers discussing how best to create equal position, pay and power for all business women. This breakout session from the Women Business Collaborative Summit 2021, will be an  engaging conversation on pay equity and other measures of equity important to retaining talent in this hot market, reducing risks, and improving business profits and culture. Join us to hear the latest trends, best practices, and lessons learned when companies measure and act on pay data and show a commitment to building an equitable workforce.
