Marie Konstance has a career driving analytical efforts in both the private and public sector and has a deep commitment to diversity and reducing income inequality. She helped establish and manage the Gender and Diversity KPI Alliance (GDKA), an effort funded and co-chaired by Catalyst, which promotes the adoption of three key performance indicators to measure gender and diversity. You can’t manage what you don’t measure and the GDKA believes all companies should measure representation and pay in their talent pipeline. Launched in September 2020, the GDKA has over 70 corporate Supporters and provides a community that shares best practices.
