March 27, 2019 3:00 pm EDT — March 27, 2019 5:00 pm EDT
Hosted by Deutsche Post DHL Group
For the first time in its 32 years history, a German-headquartered company, Deutsche Post DHL Group been honored with the 2019 Catalyst Award* for their bold and forward-thinking initiative. Their global “Women in Management” initiative is one of the 2019 Catalyst Award-winners.
It is rooted in company-wide research that focused on identifying the main barriers to women’s advancement into management. Based on a global employee survey and employee focus group findings, leaders identified four pillars focused on culture and mindset, flexible work arrangements, women’s career support, and monitoring. From those, robust programming was developed, including regional efforts, all of which prioritize diversity across all dimensions of difference, including gender and nationality.
Please join us for a conversation about sustainable and dynamic cultural change in the workplace. Come and share your success stories and learn how your organization can make positive changes to its workplace culture in order to advance women and diverse groups:
- Learn from others how their work has made a real impact to build an inclusive culture.
- Discover/Explore/Discuss the measurable results, which have proven to change outcomes.
- Gain practical tips and ideas that you can adapt for your own diversity and inclusion initiatives.
We invite executives, HR leaders, diversity and inclusion practitioners, and champions of inclusion from all parts of your business to attend. Most importantly, we need men—who still hold the vast majority of positions of power—to become active champions of workplace inclusion. We highly encourage you to bring along a male colleague!
Registration is complimentary for Catalyst Supporter organizations. Each company may send up to four attendees. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
