多様性のある組織において、個々人のコアバリューの磨き方やキャリア形成の仕方、個と組織の両立とはどうあるべきなのでしょうか。
今回は、多様性のある企業における文化や組織づくりについて、私たちがとるべき行動、上長及びマネジメント層が提供すべきサポートなどについてディスカッションし、「インクルージョン」とは何かについて深く考える機会を持ちたいと思います。

We know the terms “Diversity and Inclusion”, but do we really understand how we can create inclusive organizational culture and teams? How shall each employee crystalize and develop one’s core value and career, and how shall personal values and organizational values align in a diverse organization?
We are going to discuss what actions each of us can take and what support management and supervisors can provide to create culture for diverse organizations, and consider what inclusion really is. Registration is complimentary for Catalyst Supporters. Early registration is recommended as space is limited.
