Getting Real About Inclusive Leadership, Toronto ON

While you may be confident in your ability to deliver on business goals, creating a cohesive team where everyone is excited to contribute and innovate can be challenging. Building an inclusive team culture is key.

 

Catalyst’s new Inclusive Leadership report surveyed over 2,100 employees working at large corporations globally, and found that while company culture and ‘tone from the top’ are important, 45% of employees link their experience of inclusion at work directly to the behaviours of their manager. And what are the manager behaviours that predict inclusion? We tested that, too — and we uncovered a model of inclusive leadership that balances both leading outward and leading inward.

 

Join us for a discussion about the report’s key findings, including the five hall marks of inclusion, the six manager behaviours that predict inclusion and how these experiences can tangibly benefit companies and employees. This will be followed by a relaxed, collaborative discussion on how to implement these findings in the workplace. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences, insight and practices.
