At Catalyst, we encourage our Supporters to build several key elements into their organization’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. Firstly, the DEI strategy should be aligned with business goals and company values; secondly, it should be grounded in the real needs of the organisation; and finally, it should be based on hard data. Overall, the successful strategy focuses on creating an inclusive culture that is both sustainable and unique to the organization.
This virtual interactive session will cover areas such as:
The business case and getting beyond it
Identifying champions of inclusion, the role of senior leadership, and creating structures to support
Key activities within a strategy and their rationale and communication
Accountability, transparency and the using measurable results
European Catalyst Consultants Isabelle Kürschner and Caroline Pickard will share insights from Catalyst research that shows that when people feel included, they are recognized for the distinct characteristics they bring to the team and feel as though they are true insiders, as well as our collected resources on building a case for inclusion and diversity. We’ll be joined by local supporter panelists as they share success stories, practices and challenges, and will touch on highlights from our extensive collection of practices and Catalyst Award winning initiatives.
We invite executives, HR leaders, diversity and inclusion practitioners, and champions of inclusion at all levels to join us to learn from, share, and inspire one another.
Registration is complimentary for Catalyst Supporter organizations. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended. For questions, please contact Caroline Pickard.
