Catalyst Europe Summer 2022 Roundtable: What Is Top of Mind? (Italy)

The Catalyst Europe Summer 2022 Roundtable Series is an opportunity to come together and share your experiences, challenges, and practices from the past two years, in a safe space.

We invite you to join us for an informal roundtable discussion and networking Apéro.

You are experts on diversity, equity, and inclusion in your organizations, in your own right, and we believe sharing and collaboration across networks are more important now than ever before. We want to hear from you in these sessions:

• What is top of mind for you right now in your markets and/or globally?
• What practices have emerged in the last two years?
• Where do you need support? How can Catalyst support your efforts? How can we learn from one another?

We will also be sharing the latest trends that we see in markets across Europe and globally, as well as the latest insights from Catalyst research on Women and the Future of Work, Building Effective Gender Partnership, and Leading with Equity and Inclusion. We look forward to engaging in impactful dialogue with you about these topics and learning together.

Rikia Birindelli-Fayne (Senior Director, Catalyst) and Simona Fontanella (Senior Associate, Catalyst) will facilitate this roundtable. We invite business leaders, HR professionals, DEI professionals, and champions of inclusion to contribute to this dialogue.
