Nach über zwei Jahren virtueller Treffen ist es soweit – Catalyst Europe lädt ein zur „Woche des Wiedersehens“. Bei Roundtables in Frankfurt, Mailand und London wollen wir endlich wieder einmal persönlich zusammenkommen.

Wir möchten gemeinsam Revue passieren lassen, welche Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Themen und Inhalte sich in und durch die veränderten Arbeitsbedingungen und Ereignisse der letzten zwei Jahre ergeben haben, wie z.B.

• Flexible und hybride Arbeitsbedingungen
• Physische und psychische Gesundheit
• Empathie und Vertrauen
• Rassismus am Arbeitsplatz

Wie gehen Unternehmen und ihre Beschäftigten damit um? Welche Auswirkungen haben sie auf unsere Arbeit und unseren Alltag? Wir freuen uns darauf, diese Fragen mit Ihnen zusammen zu diskutieren, voneinander zu lernen und gemeinsam in die Zukunft zu blicken.

The Catalyst Europe Summer 2022 Roundtable Series is an opportunity to come together and share your experiences, challenges, and practices from the past two years, in a safe space.

You are experts on diversity, equity, and inclusion in your organizations, in your own right, and we believe sharing and collaboration across networks are more important now than ever before. We want to hear from you in these sessions:

• What is top of mind for you right now in your markets and/or globally?
• What practices have emerged in the last two years?
• Where do you need support? How can Catalyst support your efforts? How can we learn from one another?

We look forward to hearing how your organization is navigating the current challenges. We will also be sharing the latest trends that we see in markets across Europe, as well as globally, and the latest insights from our research.

We look forward to engaging in impactful dialogue with you about these topics and learning together.
