Heidi Robertson, Group Head of Diversity & Inclusion at ABB, will be sharing her lessons learned from developing, launching and running a D&I strategy in a global company with more than 105,000 employees in 100 countries across the world.
Anna Manuzzi
Anna is a DEI expert and public speaker Catalyst, working with leading global organisations as a Relationship Manager to create more diverse, inclusive and flexible workplaces. Her passion lies in personal development and providing the tools for positive change in others’ lives. She believes that to change a culture, we must come from a place of understanding and start on the individual level. As a yoga teacher and facilitator, she does exactly that.
Dr. Guenther Dobrauz
Guenther is a Partner with PwC in Zurich and Leader of PwC Legal Switzerland. He is the author of several books on innovation and disruption. Guenther is an entrepreneur and innovator in the legal field fully embracing technology, and believes in providing an inspiring and rewarding environment where interdisciplinary and diverse teams of passionate specialists collaborate on the basis of trust and respect. He is also a co-founder of exelixis capital AG – the first Swiss venture capital set up focusing on circular economy and innovation.
Matthias Mölleney
Previously EVP Human Resources at Swissair and other international companies and founder of consulting firm peopleXpert gmbh, Matthias is since 2009 Head of the Center for Human Resources Management & Leadership at the HWZ University of Applied Sciences Zurich. Matthias is a Director since 2015 at the international think tank “The Future of Work Forum”, London, and a member of various foundations and boards of directors.
