Geoffrey Kerr, PhD

Director, Data Impact

Geoffrey Kerr, PhD is the Director, Data Impact for Learning and Advisory Services. In that capacity, he works across divisions to measure and understand the impacts of Catalyst’s workshops and other engagements. Geoffrey also provides statistical support for the Catalyst Inclusion Accelerator as well as other Catalyst offerings.

Strongly identifying with the mission of MARC (Men Advocating Real Change), Geoffrey joined Catalyst in 2019. Prior to that, Geoffrey created an after-school tutoring program for disadvantaged students. His interdisciplinary research has examined how antiracism can be trained, the cognitive abilities correlated with inclusive and non-inclusive behaviors, and how to dismantle the systemic sexism that contributes to the STEM gap.

Geoffrey earned his PhDs in Social Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Colorado Boulder, where he researched the neural correlates of racial and gender bias.
