Judy helped organizations foster a culture that enabled employees to do meaningful work in an inclusive environment.  She had experience partnering with leaders in multiple industries during periods of change and growth with the goal of supporting business goals through workplace initiatives and strategies. Judy was an advocate, leading men to understand their role as allies in breaking down the structures and bias that is often embedded in long-held business practices.

Judy joined Catalyst after a 20-year career in law and human resources. While working in human resources, Judy was responsible for developing and executing strategies to build a diverse workforce, creating an inclusive culture, and supporting environments where differences were embraced. This “inside view” allows Judy to partner effectively with our clients, lending a realistic view on how to accelerate change and create impact.

Prior to Catalyst, Judy worked as the Director of Human Resources and D&I for a regional law firm. Judy was also the HR Director for the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia. Judy received her BA in Speech Communication from Miami University and a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
