2021 Catalyst Awards
Progress Won't Pause. Equity Can't Wait.
Here is a content item.
The 2021 Catalyst Awards Program and Celebration is an extraordinary virtual gathering of corporate leaders and cultural influencers passionate about advancing equity through inclusion.
On March 17 and 18, we will honor virtually Barilla and the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) for their award-winning initiatives that accelerate progress for women and elevate inclusion. And, throughout the month of March, we also will offer inspiring keynote talks, various sessions and activities, networking opportunities, a partner and exhibitor lounge, and a diverse resource library.
This year’s theme, “Progress Won’t Pause—Equity Can’t Wait,” signals the continued and steadfast efforts of organizations committed to inclusion.
We thank this year’s Awards Event Chair Julie Sweet, Chief Executive Officer of Accenture.
For more than 30 years, the Catalyst Award has recognized innovative efforts that help accelerate progress for women in workplaces globally. The most prominent showcase of each year’s winning initiatives has been the Catalyst Awards Conference and Dinner. Over the years, these events have brought together experts and influential business leaders from around the world to examine best practices, share knowledge, and shape the dialogue about inclusive leadership and other critical factors related to women and their equitable role in the workplace. We are excited to convene our community virtually to continue this impactful work.
The 2021 Catalyst Award Winner presentations and other sessions will be held on March 17 and 18. In addition, throughout the entire month of March, there will be a regular cadence of activities. As an attendee, you will have opportunities to:
Celebrate best practices and the 2021 Catalyst Award Winners.
Learn weekly from topical curated content shared each Monday.
Explore bingeworthy content from our on-demand library.
Engage in live Design Thinking sessions each Wednesday.
Network with an extensive community on Forum Fridays.
Attend knowledge-sharing sessions with industry leaders.
Congratulations to this year’s winners!

Catalyst Awards Conference Retrospectives
At a time when a global pandemic threatens to erase many of women’s workplace gains, and the need for action to eradicate racial inequities has never been higher, we are counting on your organization’s continued financial support. Help us by purchasing a ticket package and/or making a donation—both of which are fully tax-deductible.
Now more than ever, we are relying on your participation in this virtual event to raise funds to continue our critical work. The time is now for us to come together to create the inclusive, equitable future we wish to see, and with your continued support, we know that progress won’t pause.
