Tonisha served as User Experience Owner on the Digital Transformation team, bringing 20+ years of attendee experience to Catalyst. In this role, Tonisha worked across teams to prioritize the user experience, owning the voice of the Supporter (VoC) as Catalyst reimagined a digital front door.

Previously, Tonisha held roles as Vice President of Events for Catalyst and Points of Light, an investment associate and as a strategic event consultant with her own experiential marketing company. Tonisha is an active board member for the southeast chapter of PCMA, a podcaster and proud alumnus of Florida A&M University, holding a bachelor’s in business economics.
