Todd Baker served as a Senior Associate within Catalyst’s Advisory Services team and utilized his background in educational equity, strategic planning and DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) to help establish more equitable workplaces.

Todd began his consulting career assisting nonprofit organizations with marketing and research support, then moved on to developing multi-year strategic plans and building out organizational capacity and competencies around diversity, equity and inclusion. He has worked with nonprofit and government organizations, ranging in local to international reach. His experience spans issue areas such as educational equity, workforce development, grassroots environmental justice advocacy, and justice-involved individuals.

Todd received his BA in Education Studies from Morehouse College and his MS in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University. In his free time, you can find him spending time with loved ones or glued to content related to Black Queer Theory and the African American experience.
