As Growth Director, UK & EMEA, Taks is responsible for bringing new Supporters to Catalyst. He plays a critical role that has clear mission impact by enabling more organizations to accelerate making their workplaces more inclusive for women and everyone. He builds relationships with senior executives, diversity and inclusion leaders, and other key stakeholders and influencers who have a direct and sustainable impact on the advancement of women in business and inclusive workplaces more broadly. Taks owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through to transitioning new Supporters to the Supporter Success team.

Taks brings a wealth of business development experience that spans over 14 years across different industries and within both public and private sector organizations. In addition, his exposure to global and UK-based organizations provides a breadth of relationship management and leadership experience that will support growth within the UK and EMEA region.

Over the past four years, he has also embedded himself within the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) field and has participated as a speaker in public and internal panel discussions with external partners to promote and raise awareness within organizations about their DEI efforts. He is a passionate advocate for cultural change and an ally in support of parity within workplaces. Supported by business development experience, he was able to support the organization he was working for to influence positive and long-term change towards their DEI strategies.

Taks holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brunel University (London) and is currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration degree from Bath Spa University.
