Sydney Bauer

At Catalyst, Sydney was a part of the Implementation Team, guiding Supporters through workshops and programming. Sydney has been working in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space and making social impact since 2016 and has frequently worked at the intersection of DEI and media in documentary film. She’s a graduate of UIUC and is an avid reader, film-lover, and concert-goer.
