Senior Associate, Implementation Team

At Catalyst, Sydney is a part of the Implementation Team, guiding Supporters through our workshops and programming. Sydney has been working in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space and making social impact since 2016 and has frequently worked at the intersection of DEI and media in documentary film. She’s a graduate of UIUC and is an avid reader, film-lover, and concert-goer.
