Svetlana Mostovsky lead Catalyst’s major gift campaign, an initiative that has raised over $32 million in three years to cement the organization’s position as the preeminent thought and solutions leader focused on accelerating progress for women. Svetlana worked closely with donors and Catalyst program staff to create a vision tied to Catalyst’s key focus areas: Advancing Women, Future of Work, Lead for Equity & Inclusion, MARC, and collaborated with leaders internally and externally to set priorities to drive successful investment outcomes.

Svetlana holds a Master’s degree in History from Brooklyn College and is a board member of Women in Development (WID), New York.
