Shertease Wheeler is a Director of US Supporter Success for the Northeast region, responsible for managing and engaging a large portfolio of Supporter organizations and expanding Catalyst’s presence. She has more than a decade of experience as a strategic project and relationship manager with a background in event management, research analytics, communications, and content development for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Shertease was the Director of DEI Projects and Research at Alignment Strategies where she led DEI, employee engagement, and racial equity initiatives. Before Alignment Strategies, she was a Senior Events Program Manager with Seramount, leading the strategic design and development of conferences focused on women’s advancement, male allyship, ERGs, and work/life balance.

Shertease graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Print Journalism from Hampton University.
