Sheila Brassel, PhD, is a Director of Research. She contributes expertise in intersectionality, sexual harassment, inclusion, and workplace experiences related to gender, race, and sexual orientation to Catalyst’s diverse research programs. Sheila has demonstrated thought leadership on these and other topics with several publications, invited presentations, grants, and awards for her research and scholarship.
Sheila received her PhD in Psychology from the University of Michigan with an affiliation in Gender & Feminist Psychology and a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
