Director, Corporate Engagement
As a Director, Corporate Engagement, Shea Bible manages Catalyst’s relationships with its Supporters in the Texas Region. As such, she aids these organizations to build strategic partnerships that encourage more diverse, inclusive, and flexible workplaces that support and foster the advancement of women.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Shea worked more than 25 years as a Senior Human Resources professional. Her progressive HR and DEI experiences with large, global corporations in the oil and gas and retail utilities sectors included companies such as Shell Oil Company and Direct Energy. After starting her consulting practice in 2019, Shea worked with large and small businesses, including Harris County and the Miss USA Organization.
In joining Catalyst, she hopes to bring her expertise and best practice knowledge across the full spectrum of the HR and DEI functions, including leading and forming Employee Resource Groups, developing and advancing women including women of color, building mutually beneficial partnerships, and promoting accountability and awareness in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Shea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
Shea resides in the Houston area and has two adult children. In her personal time, Shea enjoys staying active, reading John Grisham novels, discovering new recipes, and playing golf—her latest endeavor.
