As a Director, Corporate Engagement, Shea managed Catalyst’s relationships with its Supporters in the Texas Region. As such, she aided these organizations in building strategic partnerships that encourage more diverse, inclusive, and flexible workplaces that support and foster the advancement of women.
With over 25 years of HR and DEI leadership experience in the public sector, Shea’s experience includes working for Fortune 500 companies in the oil and gas and retail utilities sectors to increase awareness, build inclusive practices and promote leadership accountability. Shea’s passion for DEI has shaped her career including creating and leading Employee Resource Groups and being an advocate and ally for workplace inclusiveness.
Shea holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a master’s degree in human resources management from Texas A&M University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
