Sandra Liaw joined Catalyst in 2023 as the Director of Supporter Acquisition for the Western Region. Her role is to build strategic partnerships with prospective Supporters, helping them leverage Catalyst’s expertise, resources, and tools to create inclusive, equitable, and fulfilling workplaces. Sandra is based in Los Angeles, California.

Sandra brings over 25 years of business development, strategy, and consulting experience gained from working at Fortune 500 and start-up companies. She is passionate about Catalyst’s mission to advance women and create more inclusive workplaces.

Sandra holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, IL and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
