Sallie was responsible for managing the full product lifecycle for Supportership and related products and services globally at Catalyst. She worked with relevant cross-functional stakeholders including members of Global Corporate Engagement, Marketing, and Research. She led initiatives to ensure Catalyst’s products were relevant, actionable, and impactful for Supporters in driving DEI outcomes.

Prior to joining Catalyst, she held a number of product leadership roles at CEB, then Gartner. She led Gartner’s HR client advisory boards and worked closely with large company CHROs to shape the organization’s research and product strategy for the HR community.

Sallie graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a BSc in International Relations and History. She is an avid world traveler and sports enthusiast. She lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland with her two daughters and dog.
