Rita Chhabra joined Catalyst in November 2012 as a Membership Manager, and eventually served as Senior Director, Global Corporate Relations. Rita was responsible for overseeing new business development, increasing brand awareness, and assisting Supporter companies in creating more inclusive workplaces. She also served on the Catalyst Award Evaluation Committee.

Rita has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Catalyst, she was a Senior Consultant at JPMorgan in the Investment Analytics & Consulting group.  In this position, she served as a relationship manager, providing performance reporting for institutional clients. Prior to working at JPMorgan, Rita was a Quantitative Analyst at Cumberland Associates, a New York-based hedge fund. She holds a BBA in Banking & Finance from Hofstra University and is a CFA charterholder.
