Olufemi Olu-Lafe, PhD
Research Fellow
Femi Olu-Lafe was a Catalyst Research Fellow. She has experience in managing consumer research projects, solutions-focused research and project assessment, and research and analysis across several projects. She is skilled in statistical analysis with SPSS and SAS. In addition to her research skills, Femi started a group focused on connecting, encouraging, and empowering women in business, and loves getting women together from different professions and career levels, helping equip them with tools to be better leaders.
She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Boston University and a Master of Science in Cognitive Neuropsychology from University College London. Femi is based in New York City. She enjoys museums, Broadway shows, and live music events.
