Nina joined Catalyst in 2022 as a Commercial Contracts Attorney. She is the primary point of contact within the legal team for most vendor contracts and all fee-for-service contracts.

Nina is a corporate attorney with experience as both outside and in-house counsel. Her previous experience includes corporate transactional work as well as representation of hedge funds and private equity funds. Most recently her practice has been concentrated on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

Nina earned her B.A. from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from Boston College Law School. She is originally from Michigan but now lives in New Jersey with her husband and three daughters.
