Nicole M. Mason
Nicole Mason served as the head of marketing and creative operations and led her team in developing and implementing strategies focused on awareness, Supporter acquisition, engagement, and retention in digital and omni-channel environments.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Nicole held an executive leadership role leading Product Marketing at Macy’s Inc. She is a results-driven leader who successfully conceptualizes and executes segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategies as well as drives and champions value propositions and customer experiences for digital channels, products, and services. She has a proven track record of talent acquisition and team development, driving diversity and inclusion in work and team environments.
Nicole has an MBA in Global Innovation from California State University and a BS in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
