Senior Associate, Research
Negin Sattari, PhD, is a member of the Research team at Catalyst. As a Senior Research Associate, her work focuses on engaging men in advocating change toward just and inclusive workplaces for all. Negin’s scholarship revolves around the dynamics of gender inequalities in the workplace with a focus on individuals’ understandings of and responses to mechanisms of discrimination. Prior to coming to Catalyst, she taught courses such as women in global perspective, research methods, and introduction to sociology.
Negin earned her PhD in sociology from University of Illinois. She earned a MA in sociology and a MS in mechanical engineering from Southern Illinois University.
