Nazya leads the content strategy and development for all Catalyst’s events and helps create world class experiences that are a melting pot of innovation, inspiration, and insights for the Catalyst community. As a strong advocate of gender equality, her work advances Catalyst’s mission to accelerate progress for women through workforce inclusion and promotion of women into leadership roles.

Nazya has 19 years of event management and programming experience across various industries, having worked in four continents—Asia, Australia, Europe and the US—and brings with her a culturally diverse outlook that is as unique as it is extensive.

Nazya enjoys art and music and loves all things fashion. She is an avid runner and risk-taker, having run the Brooklyn Half with no training, and once jumped out of a perfectly operating airplane! She has a degree in Journalism from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and resides in New York City with her fur baby, Sushi.
