Kathrina Robotham is a Senior Associate contributing to the Women and the Future of Work research content. At Catalyst, she researches how organizations can retain and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace in a rapidly changing world of work. Prior to joining Catalyst, she authored research and gave presentations on topics such as workplace sexual harassment, codeswitching, intersectionality, and other diversity-related topics.
Kathrina received her PhD in Psychology from the University of Michigan with an affiliation in Gender & Feminist Psychology and a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
