As a dedicated Paralegal here at Catalyst, Joshua plays an invaluable role in supporting the Legal team. Specializing in contract administration, technology platform management, and department intranet upkeep, Joshua ensures seamless day-to-day operations. Additionally, Joshua takes charge of coordinating and managing Catalyst’s domestic and international trademark filings, working alongside the Legal and Marketing teams to safeguard and optimize the company’s brand.

Joshua comes to Catalyst with a background in higher education and law, having served as a student adviser with a focus on diversity initiatives before a transition to the legal field occurred, amassing nearly a decade of experience as a paralegal. Joshua’s diverse portfolio spans criminal law, real estate, personal injury, contracts, and family law across multiple US jurisdictions.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Joshua holds a BA in Legal Studies, with a specialization in Law and Society. Beyond the professional sphere, Joshua enjoys reading and has a penchant for fiction and philosophy. His other hobbies include outdoor activities, technology, and playing guitar. Nature beckons in the form of hiking, fishing, and kayaking adventures, while a lifelong fascination with music, video game,s and technology rounds out Joshua’s diverse array of interests.
